The Golden Villas at Napa Valley is designed to be a serene environment while being California’s answer to Tuscany. Napa and Tuscany have beautiful, rolling hillsides and produce world-renowned wines and promote a life of tranquility. Each home in Golden Villas is ADA compliant and universally designed to suit all needs from potential hazards. The floor plan allows for equitable use such as open space for easy maneuvering and attributes like level floors entrances and between transitioning materials. Innovated technology such as interactive home applications provides the aging in place lifestyle. Automated doors allow for a seamless transition to combine the outdoor and indoor living spaces. Gardens with herbs and native vegetation require low maintenance and is an activity that can be enjoyed by all trans-generational families. The Golden Villas promote the effortless Italian lifestyle, allowing a relaxed and rejuvenated mind to spend time savoring nature, friends and most importantly family.

Research
A baby boomer couple is residing in a new home at Golden Villas. They desire a comfortable home where they can age in place and receive medical care, once it becomes necessary. The couple currently lives an active lifestyle that is shared with two children, their spouses and four grandchildren. The wife continues to work as a consultant. The husband has Multiple Sclerosis that will eventually require him to use a wheelchair.

Golden Villas is an independent or assisted living community for ages 55+. We strive to help achieve a life of tranquility through our stunning location of Napa Valley, with rolling hills and the opportunity to consume the grapes and other fruits on the land.
Golden Villas has services such as drop-off fold and laundry, meal plans for our dining options, a gym with weekly classes, and clubs that include interest for everyone.
